I submitted our visa applications for travel today which included a copy of the LOA (letter of acceptance), new passport photos and our original passports. We're using a courier service near Chicago, Illinois called There's Always Hope. We each applied for the 12 month multiple entry visa for China. They cost $140 each plus $70 total in courier fees. The new passport photos were $11 a piece.
The courier will drop the visa applications off at the Chinese Consulate next Monday and pick up the following Monday 12/16 so we will have our passports returned before Christmas. If anyone else is in need of a travel visa, check out http://www.theres-always-hope.com/
