Red, White & Blue

My friend, Amber, made this sweet, patriotic shirt for Noah to wear at the Consulate Appointment (CA).  That is set for February 18th and will be our final appointment in China before the long flight home.  It is customary for families to dress in red, white and blue.  We can't wait to see Noah wearing his special shirt!
